Description

  • Water - 2 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons

  • Asafetida - 0.1 oz
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour a pot of water, add the broccoli florets, add half a teaspoon of salt, and put it on the heat. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook for 10–15 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, you can prepare the batter. Mix the kefir, water, and the two types of flour. Add spices to taste, or those specified in the recipe.

Step 3

After that, marinate the broccoli in soy sauce + spices.

Step 4

Now coat in the batter and fry.
