  • Broccoli - 17.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - 0.1 teaspoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the broccoli rabe into small pieces and boil in boiling water for 1–2 minutes. Drain the water and transfer the greens to a colander, pressing out excess water.

Step 2

In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the greens for 3–4 minutes until tender.

Step 3

Remove from heat and stir in the tomatoes, vinegar, salt, and a bit of pepper.
