Ingredients
- Light "Lamber" cheese, 15% fat content - 3.5 oz
- Cream - 1 fl oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 1.8 oz
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the broccoli in salted water.
Step 2
Drain in a sieve, drizzle with oil and lemon juice.
Step 3
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 4
Transfer the cheese to a saucepan, pour in the cream, and heat on the stove. Add the egg yolk and stir.
