Ingredients

  • Light "Lamber" cheese, 15% fat content - 3.5 oz
  • Cream - 1 fl oz
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 1.8 oz
  • Broccoli - 7.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the broccoli in salted water.

Step 2

Drain in a sieve, drizzle with oil and lemon juice.

Step 3

Grate the cheese using a fine grater.

Step 4

Transfer the cheese to a saucepan, pour in the cream, and heat on the stove. Add the egg yolk and stir.

Step 5

Remove from heat, add finely chopped fish, and blend using an immersion blender.

Step 6

Arrange the cabbage on a plate and drizzle with the mousse.
