  • Breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice - ½ cup
  • Chicken Broth - 2 qt
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the rice, drain it in a sieve or colander, let the water drain, then transfer it to a bowl or plate, add the raw eggs, oil, some grated cheese, and salt; mix everything well and place it in a greased and breadcrumb-dusted frying pan. Level the surface of the rice with a knife, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese, drizzle with oil, and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes to bake.

Step 2

Allow the baked rice to cool slightly, turn it out onto a board (inverting the frying pan), cut it, arrange it on plates, and pour hot meat or chicken broth over it.
