  • White bread - 6 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Baking Tomatoes - 4 cans
  • Anchovies - 2.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Minced garlic - ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - to taste
  • Basil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Toast the bread in the oven and drizzle it with olive oil.

Blend the tomatoes, basil, and garlic in a blender.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper.
