- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Arugula - 1.4 oz
- Pesto - 2 spoons
- Veal Tenderloin - 10.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste

Pour a little olive oil into the preheated grill pan and sear the steak to your desired level of doneness. Let the meat rest for ten to fifteen minutes, then slice it into pieces about 2 mm thick.
Step 2
Sprinkle the bread with olive oil and grill it in a frying pan until crispy. Spread pesto sauce on the slices of bread, then top with finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, meat, and arugula. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
