Ingredients
- Persimmon - 1.2 oz
- Ciabatta - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 0.3 teaspoons
- Sour Cream - 1½ tablespoons
- Brie cheese - 0.5 oz
- Arugula - 1 stem
- Chili Flakes - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut a piece of ciabatta about 2 cm thick.
Step 2
Place the bread on a heated skillet greased with oil.
Step 3
Once the bottom side is browned, flip it over.
Step 4
After 1 minute, remove from heat and set aside.
Step 5
Cut a few slices of persimmon for garnish, and finely chop the remaining persimmon.
Step 6
Add it to a bowl with sour cream.
Step 7
Finely chop the brie cheese.
Step 8
Add it to the future sauce and mix thoroughly.
Step 9
Spread the resulting mixture on the bruschetta. Garnish with a leaf of greens and a couple of slices of persimmon.
Step 10
Season with chili flakes and serve.
