Ingredients

  • Persimmon - 1.2 oz
  • Ciabatta - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 0.3 teaspoons
  • Sour Cream - 1½ tablespoons
  • Brie cheese - 0.5 oz
  • Arugula - 1 stem
  • Chili Flakes - to taste

Cut a piece of ciabatta about 2 cm thick.

Place the bread on a heated skillet greased with oil.
