Ingredients

  • French Baguette - 1 piece
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 piece
  • Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
  • Goat cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 5 fl oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - to taste
  • Pistachios - 0.7 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 0.7 oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the bread and toast it in olive oil.

Step 2

Remove the seeds from the peppers, cut them into wedges, place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake in a Hotpoint-Ariston oven at 392°F for 10 minutes.

Step 3

In a mortar, crush the basil leaves with salt, add the nuts, garlic, and Parmesan, mash everything again, then pour in the olive oil and mix well.

Step 4

Spread pesto on the bread, top with roasted peppers, goat cheese, and small basil leaves.
