Description
You can use a toaster for these sandwiches, but if you have a good oven, it's better to use that!
Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread - 4 pieces
- Spicy salami - 5.3 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- White Balsamic Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Drizzle the slices of bread with any vegetable oil (I used corn oil) and place them in the oven on the top rack for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the toasted bread, place good slices of cheese on top, and return to the oven until the cheese slightly melts.
Step 3
Top with salami (or any other sausage or meat), sprinkle with grated cheese, and back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Now add the bell pepper and salad.
Step 5
Drizzle everything with balsamic cream.
