Ingredients

  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 1.1 oz
  • Pitted olives - 0.4 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.2 oz
  • White Pepper (whole) - 0.4 oz
  • Scallions - to taste
  • White Balsamic Cream - to taste
  • Parsley - 1 stalk

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the ciabatta and toast it on a grill or in the oven.

Step 2

Mix the ricotta, olive oil, parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth (not too runny). Spread the mixture on the warm toast.

Step 3

Garnish with sprigs of green onion, parsley, slices of fresh pepper, and halved olives. Optionally, drizzle with a few drops of balsamic sauce.
