- Panko breadcrumbs - 7.1 oz
- Gruyère cheese - 1 cup

Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut each sprout in half. Transfer to a bowl and add vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 428°F.
