Ingredients
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Brussels Sprouts - 17.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped almonds - 3 tablespoons
- Chopped Green Onions - 1 tablespoon
- Champagne Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon

Step 1
Remove the outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts and cut them into quarters.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring 2.5 cm of water to a boil and steam the Brussels sprouts, covered, until tender, about 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 1–3 minutes, until the butter turns light brown. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 4
Add the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, almonds, vinegar, and dill to the butter. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
