- Celery stalk - 0.9 oz
- Brussels Sprouts - 17.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - ½ cup
- Butter - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Wash the Brussels sprouts and boil them in salted water over high heat in an open pot for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate container, prepare the sauce: melt the butter, add finely chopped celery stalks without leaves, and sauté lightly (2-3 minutes). Then add the flour, sauté again, and gradually pour in the hot milk and ½ cup of the broth. Cook the resulting sauce for a few minutes, after which add the Brussels sprouts and season with salt.
Step 3
If desired, the sprouts can be topped with breadcrumbs, drizzled with oil, and browned in the oven.
