  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Honey - 2 spoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Parsley - 1.8 oz
  • Soy Vanilla Milk - 5 fl oz

Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and boil them in boiling water for eight minutes.
