Ingredients
- Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
- Brussels Sprouts - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan, slice the garlic and sauté for aroma, then remove it.
Step 2
Chop the onion and tomatoes, add them to the pan, add salt, spices to taste, a few pieces of chili pepper, and garlic. Simmer, occasionally adding water.
Step 3
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half, boil them, then add to the tomatoes, and continue to simmer for a bit longer.
Step 4
About 5 minutes before serving or just before serving, sprinkle with dried basil.
Step 5
Can be served as a side dish or a standalone dish.
