Description
My family loves to eat this soup in the cold season. I think it's the perfect winter soup!
Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 3 tablespoons
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 and 1/5 pieces
- Onion - 1 and 1/5 heads
- Marinated cherries - 5 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Pork chop with bone - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, place it in a pot, add water, and simmer for one hour.
Step 2
Remove the meat from the broth, separate it from the bone, and return it to the pot.
Step 3
Grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and cherry tomatoes, and sauté them in vegetable oil over medium heat.
Step 4
Add diced potatoes and buckwheat to the prepared broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Then add the sautéed vegetables, finely chopped garlic, and cook for another five minutes.
Step 6
The soup is ready. Don't forget to garnish with herbs.
