- Potato - 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 12.3 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - ¼ cup
- Onion - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes. Pour water into a pot and add a tablespoon of soy sauce. Place the potatoes in the pot. While the potatoes are cooking, slice the mushrooms, chop the onion, and sauté in vegetable oil until ready.
Step 2
Sort the buckwheat, rinse it, and add it to the boiling water along with the cooked mushrooms.
Step 3
Reduce the heat and cook until the buckwheat is done, adding salt and spices to taste. One minute before turning off the soup, add the herbs.
