- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper - ¾ teaspoon
- Salt - 1½ teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 1½ teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz

Pour enough vegetable oil into a heavy pot so that the wings can float in the oil. Heat it well.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, black pepper, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if desired).
Step 3
Coat the wings in the spice mixture and shake off the excess. Using tongs, lower the wings into the oil. Cook the wings for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they float and turn golden brown.
