Description

  • Vinegar essence - 1 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
  • Garlic - 2 cloves

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill and roast the eggplants on all sides until tender.

Step 2

Let it cool slightly and gently peel off the skin.

Step 3

Chop with a knife and transfer to a bowl.

Add oil and mash with a wooden spoon until smooth.

Step 5

Finally, add the minced garlic, salt, vinegar, and parsley.

Let it sit for 15 minutes, then mix well again.
