Ingredients
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Onion - 12.3 oz
- Egg white - 7 pieces
- Bun - 6 pieces
- Bacon - 12 slices
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the onion until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
Step 2
Beat the eggs and egg whites. Pour them over the sautéed onion to make an omelet. Transfer to a plate and let cool.
Step 3
Cut the omelet into 6 portions. Slice the buns in half. Place the omelet on the bottom halves, top with bacon and finely chopped roasted red pepper (seedless). Cover the sandwiches with the top halves of the buns.
