- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 15.9 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1½ tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Whole Grain Bun - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Banana Leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the shrimp into small pieces and transfer them to a bowl. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, finely chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Slice the buns in half lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Step 3
