  • Marbled Beef - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Beef - 2.8 oz
  • Cheddar cheese for sandwiches - 2.1 oz
  • Red Currant - 7.1 oz
  • Carrot - 4.2 oz
  • Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 2.1 oz
  • Iceberg Lettuce - 1.1 oz
  • Celery salt - 0.3 oz
  • Pickled Cauliflower - 1.4 oz
  • Spanish onions - 0.7 oz
  • Garlic - 0.1 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 0.9 oz
  • Sour Cream - 1.4 oz
  • Table vinegar - 0 fl oz
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Dijon Mustard - 0.1 oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 0.1 oz
  • French fries - 7.1 oz
  • Ketchup - 2.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the coleslaw: shred the cabbage and carrot into thin strips, about 20 mm thick and 4–5 cm long. Finely chop the garlic, roughly chop the celery leaves, and add them to the cabbage and carrot. Mix well.

Step 2

Then add vinegar, salt, sugar, ground black pepper, 20 g of mayonnaise, and sour cream, and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Prepare the mustard sauce: mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and sugar well.

Step 4

Pass the meat through a meat grinder, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, lightly beat, and shape into a patty.

Step 5

Sear the patty in a dry skillet for two minutes on each side, and add cheese on top of the patty thirty seconds before it's done.

Step 6

Cut the bun in half, spread with butter, and toast in a skillet until golden brown.

Step 7

Slice the pickles into wedges about 5 mm thick, cut the tomatoes and red onion into rings of the same thickness, and tear the iceberg lettuce into pieces that match the diameter of the bun.

Step 8

Fry the bacon with a pinch of salt for forty seconds on each side. Cook the eggs sunny-side up.

Step 9

Assemble the burger. Spread mustard sauce on the bottom half of the bun. On the sauce, place iceberg lettuce, followed by coleslaw, then cucumber, the patty with cheese, tomato, onion, fried egg, crispy bacon, and the top bun with sauce. Serve with French fries and ketchup.
