Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 piece
  • Dijon Mustard - 3 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Green Butter - 2 pieces
  • Sweet Pepper - 0.5 oz
  • Sliced Processed Cheese - 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
  • Scallions - 3 stalks
  • Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 1.4 oz
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - ½ teaspoon
  • Hamburger Bun - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the chicken breast into minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, and add hot pepper.

Step 2

Slice the sweet pepper into thin strips.

Step 3

Finely chop the green onion.

Step 4

Mix 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard with honey.

Step 5

Combine homemade mayonnaise with the remaining mustard.

Step 6

Coat the chicken patty in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs, then fry in vegetable oil.

Step 7

Assemble the burger in the following order from bottom to top: toasted bun, mustard mayonnaise, chicken patty, sliced cheese, sliced sweet pepper, green onion, honey mustard, lettuce leaves, pineapple ring, and another bun.
