Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, crack 2 eggs and mix them with salt, cumin, and soy sauce. Whisk everything until smooth.
Step 2
Clean the cabbage head, wash it, and chop it (I used a small cabbage, so it was enough to cut it into even medium-sized pieces).
Step 3
Dip the cabbage in the egg mixture. Place the prepared cabbage in a preheated skillet, remembering to grease it with oil.
Step 4
Fry the cabbage on both sides until golden brown. Optionally, you can garnish the dish with herbs and finely chopped garlic. Enjoy your meal!
