Ingredients
- White Cabbage - 28.2 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Semolina - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the cabbage leaves from the head, pour cold water over them, and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Drain the water from the cabbage and grind it together with the onion and garlic using a meat grinder.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, add semolina, and mix well.
Step 5
Add the flour and mix everything again thoroughly.
Step 6
Form balls, roll them in breadcrumbs, slightly flatten them, and fry on both sides until golden brown. They can be served with green onions.
