- Fatty Beef - 1.1 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the meat with bones, place it in a deep pot, cover with cold salted water, and boil for about 2–2.5 hours.
Step 2
Rinse the cabbage, chop it into squares or strips, and add it to the boiling broth.
Step 3
Add the chopped potatoes.
Step 4
Peel, wash, and slice the parsley root and onion, then lightly sauté them with tomato paste in a pan heated with fat.
Step 5
Then add to the soup and cook for 15–20 minutes.
Step 6
Five minutes before it's done, add the black pepper, bay leaves, and salt to taste. You can also add garlic, crushed with salt, at the same time.
Step 7
If using fresh tomatoes instead of tomato paste, wash them, blanch, remove the skin, chop, and add to the soup 2–3 minutes before it's done.
Step 8
Pour the finished soup into bowls.
Step 9
Place a piece of meat in each bowl.
Step 10
Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top.
Step 11
Serve sour cream separately.
