Description

- Water - 3 qt
- Chicken Drumstick - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sauerkraut - 8.8 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Krasnodar rice - 2 tablespoons
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In boiling water, add the meat, sauerkraut, and potatoes simultaneously. Cook until the tested potato falls apart on a spoon.
Step 2
Remove the intact potato from the broth and mash it with a fork. Return it to the broth.
Step 3
Sauté the chopped onion and carrot in oil. Add the sauce.
Step 4
Add homemade vegetable seasoning, the sautéed mixture, and bay leaves to the soup.
Step 5
Let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes.
