Cabbage Soup with Sauerkraut in Mushroom Broth
Ingredients
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 12 fl oz
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 6.3 oz
- Sauerkraut - 3.5 oz
- Oat flakes - 1½ tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the sauerkraut.
Step 2
Add the sauerkraut and large oat flakes to the boiling mushroom broth. Cook for 15 minutes or until the cabbage and oat flakes are soft.
Step 3
Add Campbell's Homestyle Classic Soup Base to the pot, and once the broth comes to a boil again, remove the pot from the heat. The soup will taste better if allowed to steep for a while.
Step 4
Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.
