- White Cabbage - ¼ pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salted crackers - 2.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon

Finely shred the cabbage — the thinner, the better.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil. Crush two garlic cloves with a garlic press directly into the skillet. Add the anchovies as well. Keep on the heat, stirring, until the anchovies turn into a sauce.
Step 3
Add the chopped cabbage to the anchovies, mix vigorously, let it sit for a minute, and then transfer to a plate.
