- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
- Chicken Broth - 3 qt
- Ground Cumin - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Scallions - 1.1 oz
- Cilantro - 1.8 oz
- Potato - 2 lbs
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lime - 1 piece

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
