Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the bacon thinly into squares. Cut the pickles into rounds. Slice the bread. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry the bread on both sides for half a minute each.

Rub the toasted bread with garlic. Cut the toasted bread into squares.

Step 3

Place a pickle on the toasted bread, then the bacon, and secure with a skewer.
