  • White bread - 5 pieces
  • Cold-smoked trout - 7.1 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece

Step 1

Cut each slice of bread into pieces approximately 4x4 cm and toast them in a toaster. Cut the fish into thin strips. Crumble the eel.

Step 2

Spread the toasted bread with butter and place the fish on top. Drizzle with lemon juice.
