- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Bitter - 0.1 oz
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Ground Coffee - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Place the tablespoon of coffee in the Turkish coffee pot, add 40 ml of cold water, and brew a classic espresso or black coffee.
Step 2
Pour it into a cappuccino cup. If using sugar, add it now.
Step 3
Heat the milk until just about to boil, then pour it into a French press.
Step 4
Now, whip the milk into a froth. To do this, quickly push the plunger up and down.
Step 5
This should be done very vigorously. If the French press is small, it's better to froth the milk in two batches.
Step 6
Carefully pour the milk into the coffee. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top and serve.
