- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- White Beans - ½ piece
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Ground Coffee - 8 fl oz
- Water - 1 qt

Step 1
Pour the sugar into a container and add the broken vanilla bean. Seal tightly and let it sit for 2 days at room temperature, stirring the sugar once a day.
Step 2
In a bowl, whip the cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Gradually add 50 g of vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Brew coffee using ground coffee and water in any coffee machine. Pour into 4 cups. Top with whipped vanilla cream.
