Ingredients
- Crepe - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 0.3 pieces
- Melted Cheese - 0.9 oz
- Pesto - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves - 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Ocean salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the crepe into four parts, without reaching the center with the knife.
Step 2
Slice the cheese and tomato into pieces no thicker than 5 mm.
Step 3
Spread pesto sauce on one of the parts.
Step 4
Place mozzarella on the next part.
Step 5
Season the cheese with black pepper.
Step 6
Next, place tomato slices on the free part.
Step 7
Lightly salt the tomato.
Step 8
On the last part of the crepe, place the basil leaves.
Step 9
Fold the part with the tomato over the part with mozzarella.
Step 10
Fold the double part (with cheese and tomato) over the part with pesto sauce.
Step 11
Combine the ingredients with the last part.
