Description

These carrots can be enjoyed on their own or dipped in yogurt seasoned with crushed garlic.

Ingredients

  • Carrot - 2 lbs
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) - 2 spoons
  • Coriander essential oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the carrots and cut them into 5 cm pieces. Transfer the carrots to a deep bowl, add cumin, a pinch or two of salt, coriander seeds, and pour in olive oil.

Step 2

Using your hands, mix the carrots with the oil and spices, ensuring that each piece of carrot is coated with both the oil and the spices. Then, transfer the carrots from the bowl to a baking sheet and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 392°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for twenty-five to thirty minutes, stirring occasionally.
