Description
Do not cut the fish; if it does not fit in the pot, you can cut it into two parts (head and body). Before placing the fish in the pot, it is necessary to strike its head. Enjoy your meal!

- Carp - 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the fish, leaving the bladder, fat, roe, or milk (if available) with the fish.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes, potatoes, and onion.
Step 3
Place everything in the pot (fish, potatoes, onion, tomatoes), and add water so that the water level is 2 cm above the fish. Bring to a boil over high heat, skimming off the foam.
Step 4
Add dill and bay leaves to the boiling water, and salt to taste.
Step 5
Reduce the heat.
Step 6
Simmer until the potatoes are cooked or a little longer to develop a broth (IMPORTANT! Do not cover the pot under any circumstances!!!).
