- Green Peas - 5.3 oz
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the carrots, chop them, and boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Then mash into a puree using a mixer, add milk, and let cool.
Step 2
Cook the peas until tender in boiling salted water, then let cool.
Step 3
Add cheese, eggs, nutmeg, peas, and salt to the carrot puree. Mix well. Pour the resulting batter into greased molds. Cover each mold with foil and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
