Description

This wonderful carrot caviar recipe belongs to my wife, Emily. I don't know where she got it, but everyone who has tried this carrot caviar is delighted. The first time I tasted it, I, once a passionate meat lover, stopped buying sausage and ham for breakfast, as I started using carrot caviar to make sandwiches. Sandwiches with this caviar turned out to be just as tasty as those with ham or sausage. And they are much healthier, considering the quality of our local sausages! Everyone we treated to this wonderful dish shares the same opinion. I hope you will enjoy it too. Prepared this way, the caviar can be used as a cold appetizer. You can spread the caviar on black or white bread to make very tasty sandwiches for breakfast or a snack. The caviar is very suitable for vegetarian cuisine and is one of the best dishes for any fast, along with other appetizers, recommended for those who care about their health. Another advantage of carrot caviar is that it can be made in advance, as it can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for a long time and used for quick meals, such as breakfast, a snack, or dinner.
