  • Onion - 1.1 oz
  • Celery stalk - 1.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sea Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Ginger - 0.7 oz
  • Water - 13 fl oz
  • Herbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop all ingredients in a blender for 2–3 minutes.

Step 2

The soup should be slightly warm or at room temperature.

Step 3

Add a little olive oil and freshly chopped herbs before serving.
