- Mango - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 3 oz
- Physalis - 1.8 oz
- Orange Juice - 4 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon - a pinch
- Orange Jam - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the pit, and chop it into large pieces. Peel the carrot and grate it on a medium grater. Clean, wash, and dry the physalis.
Step 2
Blend the prepared ingredients with the orange juice (if desired, the juice can be chilled beforehand) and cinnamon in a blender. Taste, add the orange jam, and blend again thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the finished smoothie into glasses, garnish with orange slices, and serve immediately.
