Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the carrots in advance, peel them, and grate them finely.
Step 3
Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
Step 4
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the egg whites and beat with a mixer until stable peaks form.
Step 5
Add the yolks to the egg whites and continue mixing with the mixer.
Step 6
Add 3 tablespoons of sifted flour to the grated carrots and mix well.
Step 7
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the carrots and stir.
Step 8
Gently fold the beaten egg whites and yolks into the carrot mixture in parts.
Step 9
Evenly spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smooth it out, place it in the middle of the oven, and bake for 20–25 minutes at 356°F.
