- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the broth from the bones.
Step 2
Wash, peel, rinse, and grate the carrot and vegetables on a coarse grater. Strain the broth and cook the grated vegetables in it.
Step 3
Thicken the soup with flour mixed in 125 ml of milk, bring to a boil. Thoroughly mix the remaining milk with the yolk and 125 ml of hot soup, pour it into the soup, season with salt, and add chopped herbs.
Step 4
Serve with croutons.
