  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Ground clove - 3 pieces
  • Mandarins - 3 pieces

Step 1

Place the carrots with cloves and bay leaves in a saucepan with mandarin juice.

Step 2

Pour water over the vegetables until it completely covers the carrots.

Put the saucepan over medium heat and simmer the carrots for 20 minutes. For the first 10 minutes, keep it covered, then remove the lid. Stir the carrots until the water evaporates.

Step 4
