- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 10 fl oz
- White Beans - to taste

Rinse the nuts.
Step 2
Soak the cashews in 200 ml of water and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 3
Remove from the refrigerator.
Step 4
Add another 100 ml of water, add vanilla and honey, and blend until smooth.
