Description

If you don't have Brussels sprouts, you can make it with just cauliflower; just use more of it.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 14.1 oz
  • Chicken hearts - 14.1 oz
  • Brussels Sprouts - 12.9 oz
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Sliced Processed Cheese - 1 piece
  • Water - 5 qt

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the hearts into 3 pieces, boil the broth, add the cauliflower separated into florets and potatoes. Sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil. Cut the cheese into cubes.

Step 2

5 minutes before it's done, add the sautéed mixture and cheese to the soup, stirring the boiling soup until ready (this is necessary for the cheese to melt).
