  • Spanish onions - 3.5 oz
  • Allspice berries - 3 spoons
  • Bay leaf - 6 pieces
  • Dill - 6 pieces
  • Mustard Greens - 3 spoons
  • Water - 27 fl oz
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 3 fl oz
  • Sugar - 4 spoons
  • Salt - 3 spoons

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sterilize the jars and lids over steam for 15–20 minutes.

Break the cauliflower into florets.

Slice the red onion into thin rings and distribute half of them among the jars.

Add half of the bay leaves and dill umbrellas to the jars.

Place half of the cauliflower into jars.

Add the remaining onion, dill umbrellas, and bay leaf, then layer the rest of the cauliflower on top. The jars should be packed tightly.

In a saucepan, combine water, apple cider vinegar, allspice, mustard seeds, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.

Once the sugar has dissolved, pour the hot marinade into jars with the cauliflower.

Seal the jars, turn them upside down, and cover with a blanket until completely cool.
