- Cauliflower - 11.3 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- Almond - 1 teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the cauliflower, divide it into florets, and dry it on a paper towel. Season with salt.
Step 2
Crack the egg into a bowl.
Step 3
Add sour cream and mustard.
Step 4
Then add almond flour.
Step 5
Add the grated cheese.
Step 6
Season with spices and salt.
Step 7
Thoroughly mix the mixture.
Step 8
Heat both types of oil in a pan.

Generously coat each cauliflower floret with the mixture.

Once the cauliflower is nicely browned, flip it over. Lower the heat slightly and fry for another 5 minutes.

Spread mayonnaise on the dish, transfer the cauliflower, and serve.
