  • Wheat Flour - 1.4 oz
  • Cauliflower - 21.2 oz
  • Butter - 2.1 oz
  • Milk - 10 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the cauliflower, rinse it, and break it into small florets, then pour over the prepared white sauce and cook until tender.

Step 2

When the cauliflower is soft, pass it through a sieve along with the sauce it was cooked in.

Step 3

Then add the bone broth, bring to a boil, and season with egg yolk and butter.
