Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cauliflower - 28.2 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Bouillon cube - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the cauliflower (frozen is fine).
Step 2
Sauté the onion (finely chopped) in olive oil until softened.
Step 3
Use a slotted spoon to remove the cauliflower and place it in a pot with the onion.
Step 4
Blend into a puree using an immersion blender.
Step 5
Gradually add the cauliflower broth until the soup reaches your desired consistency.
Step 6
Add 1 bouillon cube (chicken flavor). 1 cube is designed for 1 liter of liquid.
Step 7
Stir in 2 tablespoons of sour cream and season to taste.
Step 8
Blend everything again with the immersion blender and it's ready to serve.
